Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations must be notified by phone.

£25 Deposit will be taken for first time client.

I will only see 4-6 people in a day in order to give everyone the best treatment possible.  When an appointment is cancelled with little or no notice, I am often unable to book someone else in.  Please be respectful of this time. Thank you so much for understanding. 

Over 24hrs prior to appointment time - if you give at least 24hrs notice then no cancellation fee will be charged.

2-24hrs prior to appointment time - when notice is given 2-24hrs prior to the appointment then the client will be charged a late cancellation fee of £25, this fee will be waived if I am able to use the appointment for another client. 

Under 2hrs prior to appointment - appointments cancelled within 2 hours of your appointment will be subject to the full cost of the appointment.
